HR technologies.
Our use of innovative HR technologies to match talent and services
Our ultimate goal is to help people and organizations realize their true potential. We believe the best way to achieve this is to combine our passion for people with the power of today's HR technologies. By HR technologies, we mean the technologies that help us digitize and improve a variety of recruitment-related processes.
As part of the recruitment process, HR technologies enable us to put candidates in touch with our teams more quickly. This enables them to better assist candidates in their job search and introduce the right candidates to our internal teams more quickly. HR technologies also enable our teams to find people not only for the jobs they are qualified for, but also for the jobs they are interested in.
-
Improving the internal recruitment experience
HR technologies help us to search for a wider and more diverse set of candidates, so we're even more successful in finding the best talent with the most relevant skills for our internal teams. Thanks to these technologies, our teams can focus on tasks that require truly human traits that technology cannot imitate: creativity and emotion.

Web beacons
Our e-mails may contain a "web beacon pixel" unique to the campaign, which tells us whether our e-mails have been opened and verifies clicks on links or advertisements contained in the e-mail. We may use this information to determine which of our e-mails are most interesting to users, to ask whether users who do not open our e-mails wish to continue receiving them, and to inform our advertisers of the total number of users who have clicked on their advertisements. The pixel will be removed when you delete the e-mail. If you do not wish the pixel to be downloaded to your device, you must choose to receive our e-mails in plain text rather than HTML.

Responsible use of HR technologies
Randstad is committed to the ethical and responsible use of innovative HR technologies (you can read our AI principles here). Randstad does not use these technologies as a substitute for humans or human interaction in any part of its processes. On the contrary, our use of HR technologies aims to make interactions with internal teams and candidates more personal, relevant and meaningful.
We strive to involve human beings whenever we make decisions that have a significant impact on you. If, in exceptional cases, we were to make such decisions on the basis of a fully automated process (i.e. without human involvement), we would only do so if permitted by law and after informing you.To ensure fair treatment of all applicants, we take steps to avoid bias when using HR technologies. For example:
- We regularly test the results created by these technologies to identify any unfair situations.
- We regularly seek expert advice to continuously improve the way we identify and eliminate bias.
- Our search and matching teams and algorithms are fully trained and always work together.
